উপরে উল্লিখিত নিয়মিত ক্লাসে উপস্থিতি, ক্লিনিক্যাল প্রশিক্ষণ, পরীক্ষায় সততা, ড্রেস কোড ও আইডি কার্ড, আচরণ, অপরাধমূলক কর্মকাণ্ডে নিষেধাজ্ঞা, ফি পরিশোধ, সম্পদ সংরক্ষণ, বিধি-বিধান অনুসরণ ও শৃঙ্খলা রক্ষা — এই সকল কলেজের নিয়ম মেনে চলা ভর্তি বহাল রাখার প্রধান শর্ত। এই শর্তাবলীর যেকোনো একটি লঙ্ঘন করলে কলেজ কর্তৃপক্ষ সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষার্থীর ভর্তি বাতিল বা যেকোনো শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের পূর্ণ অধিকার রাখে। সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে এই মেনে চলার জন্য বিশেষভাবে নির্দেশ দেওয়া হলো।
